Good experience at Youth Club

Well I thought I'd report on this! My son recently attended a special needs youth club for the first time. Five lads, all with autism, ranging from eleven to around fourteen.

I was chatting to the very lovely chap that runs it when I went to collect him a couple of hours later and he commented on how impressed they were with him; his confidence, his social skills, his ability to get along with the other lads, his good behaviour and the way that he quickly picked up on how things were run and organised. Of course, I very proudly attributed this to home ed and the chap commented that if that was the result then it was definitely a good idea (which, of course, we all know already) :)
